Problems with import solved. Thx.

We are migrating from Shopify to WP with Woocommerce integration. The reviews wouldn’t import properly and I wasted an hour editing the product_id but luckily Victor helped explain that I needed to go to the plugin dashboard first and synchronize the products before importing my CSV file. It was easy and quick! We have been using Judge.me for 3+ years and had no issues so we’re happy to keep using them. My only current issue is that the widgets don’t appear properly but I trust support can help me fix this problem too.

Prompted by a tease of syndication I migrated to stamped.io with much irritation, had to hire a dev to clean things up - when that fell through I thought of streamlining more into my CRM - BIG MISTAKE - so many limitations and headaches - a whole day I will not get back.
